Blast chiller/freezer with touch screen controller

Our blast chiller/freezer range is perfect for quickly cooling or freezing hot food from the stove or oven, safely preserving the food. The BLCB-X accepts both gastronorm 1/1 and euronorm pans (not included), placed lengthwise. It comes with an easy-to-use touchscreen controller where you can choose a pre-set programme — including special cycles for fish, hardening of ice cream, drying and defrosting — or create and save your own. Recipes can be uploaded and HACCP data downloaded via the USB port. Primary programmes keep the end temperature fixed until the cabinet is opened, ensuring food quality and safe preservation for storage and later consumption.
