Blast chiller/freezer with touch screen controller — 15 x GN1/1 capacity
The BLCB-X blast chiller/freezer range is perfect for quickly cooling or freezing hot food from the stove or oven, safely preserving the food. Using blast chilling or freezing retains the colour, texture and taste of the food. The BLCB15X1 accepts both gastronorm 1/1 and 60x40 euronorm pans (not included). Choose one of the pre-set programmes or create your own on the easy-to-use touchscreen controller, with HACCP-compliant data export via USB. Made in high-quality stainless steel throughout.
