The RK1420X1 is an upright chiller made from durable SS304 stainless steel with robust wheels to ensure it can withstand the conditions of a busy kitchen. It has a 53% lower energy consumption compared to the previous RK1420 model. An efficient ventilated cooling system ensures content stays fresh, and the temperature is easy to set on the digital controller. The controller has Bluetooth and NFC connectivity, so via an app you can check the temperature of the cabinet and export data for easy HACCP reporting. It comes with adjustable GN2/1 shelves, and the self-closing doors have a 105 degree stop for easy access and loading — plus a foot pedal for hands-free opening.
