The RF710X1 is an upright freezer made from durable SS304 stainless steel with robust wheels to ensure it can withstand the conditions of a busy kitchen. It has a 51% lower energy consumption compared to the previous RF710 model. An efficient ventilated cooling system ensures content stays at its optimal storage temperature, and the temperature is easy to set on the digital controller. The controller has Bluetooth and NFC connectivity, so via an app you can check the temperature of the cabinet and export data for easy HACCP reporting. It comes with adjustable GN2/1 shelves, and the self-closing door has a 105 degree stop for easy access and loading — plus a foot pedal for hands-free opening.
