From TefCold's Bellini Hot range of heated serveover counters, the BELLINI 1250 BM VVR is built for displaying and serving cooked hot food. The Bain Marie wells hold dishes at a food-safe +65 to +85 °C throughout service, while LED interior lighting and the elegant white finish with glass display make for an attractive, appetising presentation. A digital controller with temperature display keeps control simple and precise, and the stainless steel and glass interior is hygienic and easy to clean — ideal for carveries, canteens, delis and hot food counters. Note: requires a 32 Amp Commando socket.
