The EVO902 HOT from TefCold's Evo Hot range is a hot display case with four tiers of individually illuminated glass shelving, making an excellent display of your produce. The curved front glass shows off hot pastries, pies and savouries beautifully, while glass rear sliding doors enable easy access for serving. The cabinet is fully automatic and fan assisted to ensure reliable, even heat distribution at a +65 °C holding temperature, with a digital controller and temperature display for precise control. Finished in black with a grey interior — a smart fit for bakeries, cafés, forecourts and food-to-go counters. Note: not suitable for rotisserie chicken display.
